We represent clients in several areas. First, we represent disabled people who are having trouble getting approved for Social Security disability benefits. We may also represent people who are having other problems with the Social Security Administration, such as people having problems getting retirement benefits, or children trying to qualify for survivor's benefits. Next, we represent employees who believe that they have suffered discrimination or harassment in the workplace, or who have been punished for opposing discrimination or for being whistle-blowers. The discrimination or harassment can be based upon race, sex, national origin, religion or disability status. We also represent clients who have been denied housing because of race, sex, or national origin. In most Social Security and discrimination cases, we represent clients on a contingiency fee basis, which means that we do not charge an hourly rate for our services, but we are paid by receiving a percentage of your award if you win your case.
